Our PY Services give Supervisors and PY Employees the clarity, tools, and confidence to make every quarter count. That’s why we offer flexible PY Services you can select from strong foundations, quarterly momentum, soft‑skill development, and adviser‑ready preparation so you can create a smooth, supported PY experience without adding to your workload.

  • A high‑impact onboarding service that equips Supervisors and PY Employees with everything they need to start strong.
    Includes: PY Handbook, FAAA Workbook, Office Policy, program orientation, expectations, tools, and setup guidance.

  • A structured, quarter by quarter support service that keeps the Professional Year focused and moving forward. With guided reviews and practical calibration, Supervisors and PY Employees stay aligned on progress and priorities.

    Includes: Quarter 1 and 2 Acceleration opportunities, progress reviews, external Exam course, and ongoing Supervisor support.

  • This package is included in Quarters 3 and 4. A high‑touch advanced service that sharpens the human side of advice communication, pricing confidence, and ethical mastery anchored in DISC personality profiling. Designed to elevate how the Professional Year employee engages clients, articulates value, and respond to complex dilemmas with clarity and professionalism.

    Includes: DISC‑informed client interaction frameworks, matching advice services to client needs, pricing methods, navigating ethical dilemmas with confidence.

  • A final‑quarter transformation from trainee to practising adviser.
    Includes: Business‑ready preparation, identifying a book of clients or networking to source client referrals, confidence building, and transition support into a registered adviser role.
